Carlaminda Wines is situated in the heart of the Ferguson Valley.  Our wines are a reflection of this outstanding environment.

Our authentic “French country cuisine” bistro is an ideal destination where you can try out some of our excellent wines in a comfortable and casual setting.   During your visit, we will do everything we can to ensure that you have an enjoyable and unforgettable experience with family and friends. Your children and yourself can visit our llamas and alpacas and feed our billy goat André.

The bistro menu changes with the seasons and includes favourite classics from onion soup, duck terrine to salad niçoise or snails as we prepare them in Alsace, from duck à l’orange, salmon in a Normandy sauce or a daube de boeuf with olives.  There is freshly baked baguette on the table.  Our desserts range from chocolate mousse to crème brûlée or sorbets.
